October is National Breast Cancer Month
As many of you know, I am a big supporter of increasing awareness and supporting research for a cure. My mother was a survivor for several years but ultimately it came back to take her. One in eight women are diagnosed with breast cancer and while great strides have been made, there is still no cure.
Each year at this time I try to find some way for you to support this cause and feel "pretty in pink" while doing so. I urge you also to get involved with a walk or run or bike ride or any event to support this cause.
