Fall Colors

Though it's barely mid-July, the Fall clothes
are beginning to make their way into the fashion
magazines and in our stores.
While thinking about wearing heavier and more clothing is not so appealing
right now, thinking about cooler weather is pleasant! With that in mind,
I want to fill you in on what to start envisioning for Fall to keep you in-
the-know and on-trend.

Each season, the Pantone Color Institute partners with the fashion industry
to highlight the prominent colors from New York Fashion Week designer
collections and create a color report ( exemplified in fabric colors chosen by
 manufacturers and paint colors in home decorating). According to the Fall
2016 Report, "strength, confidence and complexity" are reflected in clothing
 in the new fall colors. A number of more vivacious and unexpected colors
are a departure from the usual fall palette. Look for shades of cool blues,
grays, soft reds, pinkish-purple, mustard yellow and copper.
